ASCOLIP® - liposomal vitamin C

ASCOLIP® is a high-performance liposomal vitamin C in the patented LIPOSHELL® technology.

ASCOLIP® is characterized by high vitamin C content in the liposome.

The LIPOSHELL® technology makes it possible to obtain a very high effectiveness in vitamin C transport in the body. The LIPOSHELL® liposomes are tiny carriers with a diameter of 170 ±15% nanometers. They are similar to cell membranes in the human body and therefore they are non-toxic and biocompatible.

Vitamin C can be long-term and stably enclosed inside high-quality LIPOSHELL® liposomes which effectively penetrate to the target location – inside of the cell.

What differentiates ASCOLIP® from a traditional form of vitamin C?

Thanks to the LIPOSHELL® liposomal technology, ASCOLIP® ensures:

  • very high quality of liposomal vitamin C,
  • prolonged and stable encapsulation of vitamin C,
  • protection of vitamin C against degradation-inducing factors (e.g. oxygen, gastric juice, digestive enzymes),
  • easier penetration of vitamin C into the inside of the cell,
  • maintenance of stable, high levels of vitamin C in the target area.

How does ASCOLIP® work ?

Liposomal vitamin C contained in Ascolip®:

helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress*,

contributes to collagen production, thus ensuring normal functioning of the skin, bones, blood vessels, gums and teeth,

increases iron absorption,

supports the function of the nervous system,

supports the normal function of the immune system,

contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

* Main causes of oxidative stress1,2:

  • stress, living in a state of a nervous tension;
  • intense, regular physical activity;
  • environmental pollution;
  • excessive exposure to sunlight (intensive sunbathing);
  • smoking;
  • alcohol abuse;
  • contact with heavy metals: lead, cadmium and mercury as well as nitric oxide through foodstuffs or exhaust fumes;
  • intake of certain medication – contraceptives, antidepressants, steroids and anticoagulants;
  • improper diet – e.g. highly processed foods, fertilized vegetables and fruit, fried, burnt, smoked or pickled meat.

The person’s age is also important because the body’s defense mechanisms against the excess of free radicals weaken significantly over the years.

When is it advisable to use ASCOLIP?

ASCOLIP may be widely used, i.a.:

  • during weight-loss process, when vitamin C deficiency occurs,
  • during intense physical activity,
  • as a “lifebuoy” when the body’s immunity decreases,
  • to help fight physical, chemical and emotional stress (see “Main causes of oxidative stress”),
  • as a “beauty vitamin” – by stimulating collagen production, vitamin C improves skin functioning.

Moreover, liposomal vitamin C helps to regenerate vitamin E, which is called the “vitamin of youth”.

ASCOLIP® – the highest quality of product

ASCOLIP® is manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards, using innovative manufacturing processes which give it globally unique qualities.

The LIPOSHELL® liposomes are characterized by the highest quality. They are stable and have repeatable size. Phospholipids and other ingredients used in the manufacturing process are compliant with the global quality requirements.

ASCOLIP® has been developed based on non-genetically modified ingredients. It contains no sugar, gluten, artificial colorants or preservatives. It is also allergen-free.

The innovative LIPOSHELL® liposomal technology is inspired by molecular dynamics, which makes it the most modern and efficient active substance carrier in the body. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Active substances

Active substancesContent in one sachet (daily portion/NRV*)
Vitamin C (sodium-L-ascorbate) 1,000 mg/1,250%

*NRV - Nutrient Reference Value

ASCOLIP during the technological process is packed in polyester film laminated sachets with metallized foil and polyethylene film containing 5 g of liposomal gel. To protect liposomal vitamin C from oxidation, the sachet is deprived of air and the aluminum foil is covered with two layers of polyethylene.

One ASCOLIP sachet contains 1,000 mg (1g) of vitamin C. The ASCOLIP pack contains 30 sachets, which is enough for a monthly treatment.

ASCOLIP retains 100% of its properties for a minimum of 12 months from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is on each of the sachets.

ASCOLIP should be stored:

  • in tightly sealed packages
  • at 5°C - 25°C (41°F – 77°F)
  • protect from light and humidity
  • out of sight and reach of young children
